Pink slip (eSafety) inspections

Car over 5 years old and due for rego? We do your eSafety check (the "pink slip") on the spot, usually in about 30 minutes, and lodge it electronically with Transport for NSW. Set government fee, no admin extras. Anything that needs fixing to pass, we can sort the same visit, so you're not making a second trip.

The person behind the spanner

Old-school care, modern know-how

Tony has run TFK Automotive in Botany since the year 2000, and plenty of his customers have been with him the whole way. He's the kind of mechanic who'd rather explain what's going on under the bonnet than hand you a bill you don't understand.

Born into a Greek family, Tony happily switches to Greek for customers who are more comfortable that way, one of the small things that's kept the local community coming back for decades.

He's thorough, flexible and genuinely curious about cars, which is why the complicated jobs, European, JDM, classics, end up on his hoist. And when something genuinely needs a dedicated specialist, he won't fudge it: he'll point you to someone trusted from a network he's built over 25 years.
